Enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1968, Major Brian A. Hampton served our country in Vietnam. For 22 years he remained active in the Army Reserve, and became increasingly disenchanted with our government's treatment of veterans once they returned home. Maj. Hampton founded the Center for American Homeless Veterans as a way to initiate lobbying to Congress on behalf of veterans. He is also the publisher of the nationwide VETERANS' VISION Publication which focuses on the dedication and experience of America's leaders on the challenges facing the country, particularly those challenges faced by American veterans, while offering solutions for positive change.
